My Waveport parcel failed to deliver in Singapore due to incorrect labeling (My kickstarter number is 1007). I have been advised by Singpost that they have returned to sender. Please can you advise what can be done to fix this?
I have emailed E’Nod’s support email 3 times, Messaged on kick starter twice and facebook messaged once. I have yet to receive any feedback - it has been 8 days.
